This sauna/banya hat is incredible and the best ever. Very thick wool felt gives proper insulation, so my head does not get overheated. My hair is heaps healthier and lush since I’ve been using this hat, and I go to sauna about 3-4 times a week.
I recommend it to everyone, but especially to people who care about their hair.
This really works. I was previously using a cotton beanie which was ok, but the felt hat shows a marked improvement - I have a considerably cooler that without wearing the felt hat. I was uncertain whether to pay the price for this, but after using it for a few months it seems well worth the money
